<p>An image generation device (1) for generating images of an object to be measured (A) is provided with a laser source (3) for emitting a laser beam, a laser output control unit (11) for modulating the strength of the laser beam, a laser scanner (5) for scanning the irradiation position of the laser beam on the object to be measured (A), a modulation pattern control unit (15) for controlling the laser output control unit (11) and the laser scanner (5) so as to irradiate the object to be measured (A) with illumination light of multiple spatial modulation patterns, an image capture device (7) which acquires multiple pattern images by imaging the observation light emitted from the body to be measured (A) in response to irradiation of the illumination light in the multiple spatial modulation patterns, and an image data calculation unit (19) for generating high resolution images of the body to be measured (A) using the multiple pattern images acquired by the imaging device (7).</p> |
