PURPOSE: A cleaning device of a nozzle device and a cleaning system are provided to reduce tact time and cleaning time though one cleaning process. CONSTITUTION: A first cleaning unit(240a) cleans one side of a nozzle unit(226) of a nozzle device(220) and includes a first thinner supply hole(244a) and a first air supply hole(246a). A second cleaning unit(240b) cleans the opposite side of the nozzle unit. The second cleaning unit includes a second thinner supply hole(244b) and a second air supply hole(246b). The first and second cleaning units are formed with a nozzle dispenser shape or slit die shape.
