METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC WARE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing porcelain is provided to highly lower the moisture absorbing rate in the bottom of the porcelain without glaze and a protruded part and to easily form a transferring layer on the bottom. CONSTITUTION: A porcelain intermediate product(111) with a non-glazed part is prepared. A non-water permeable coating layer(140) is formed on the non-glazed part by applying a material with a pigment and plasticizing the material with the pigment. The material with the pigment includes 40-60 weight% of the pigment, 20-30 weight% of aqueous lithium, and 20-30 weight% of water. The plasticizing process is implemented at a temperature between 600 and 820 degrees Celsius. A transferring layer(150) is formed on the coating layer.
