The plate has an elongated plate body (1) made of fabric-acceptable, stiff material. A hole formation unit is arranged transverse to a plate plane, where the formation unit is provided with a larger round hole and a smaller round hole (22). A radial rib (33) is arranged in one of the round holes, where the rib proceeds from the round hole transformation, and extended into a center section of the one of the holes. The rib forms an inner peripheral edge that occupies a circumferential angle of 180 degree.
