<p>The invention relates to an electronic cash register and change-maker, consisting of a housing (1) having a power outlet (2), an internal computer (3) and a touch-screen monitor (4), such that when the price for the product is entered into the bill acceptor and dispenser (5) or into the coin slot (7), the internal computer (3) calculates the necessary change, which is displayed on the touch-screen monitor (4), separated in the multi-coin dispenser (8) and deposited on the return tray (9), while the printer (12) prints a receipt. Security is increased by a lock (14) and an optical security camera (10), while the money introduced into the device is stored in the bill dispenser (5) and the coin dispenser (11).
