PURPOSE: A film fusion block of an electrode tap is provided to improve the productivity by preventing the film from sticking to a contact surface through a high release property. CONSTITUTION: A film fusion block of an electrode tap comprises an upper fusion block(B1) and a lower fusion block(B2). A heater is built in the upper and lower fusion block and offers the heat. The upper and lower fusion blocks comprise silicone layers(110) and Teflon sheets(120). The silicon layers are formed in the contact surface-contacting the film respectively. The Teflon sheet covers up the silicon layer. The Teflon sheet is fixed to the fusion block.
