Mortice lock (1 ) comprising a lock body (2) with a bolt element (10) mounted thereon which can be driven by a drive mechanism that can be operated by means of a rotation movement of an actuating element (11 ) around a shaft extending approximately transverse through a lock body, which lock body (2) comprises a first transverse opening (3) to give access to the actuating element (11), wherein the first transverse opening (3) is furthermore accessible via a first slot (5) extending from a lateral side of the mortice lock (1 ) to the first transverse opening such that the actuating element (11) can be brought, by translation in a direction largely perpendicular in relation to said shaft, via the first slot (5) into said first transverse opening (3). |
