<p>Disclosed is a rubber stopper for medical use, which has excellent needle penetration characteristics, while exhibiting good liquid leakage sealing performance, good sterilization stability and the like. Specifically disclosed is a rubber stopper for medical use, which is obtained by molding a resin composition which contains: component (A) that is composed of a block copolymer and/or a hydrogenated product of the block copolymer, said block copolymer having two or more polymer blocks (P) that are mainly formed of a vinyl aromatic compound and one or more polymer blocks (Q) that are mainly formed of a conjugated diene; a component (B) that is composed of a softening agent for hydrocarbon rubbers; and a component (C) that is composed of a polyolefin resin. The rubber stopper for medical use is characterized in that: the content of the component (C) per 100 parts by weight of the total of 5-95 parts by weight of the component (A) and 5-95 parts by weight of the component (B) is 1-45 parts by weight; and the resin composition has one or more peaks and/or one or more peak shoulders within the molecular weight range of 250,000-350,000 and within the molecular weight range of 100,000-150,000, respectively.</p> |
