<p>The component (1) has a carrier material comprising a set of fastening regions (3) for light units i.e. LEDs, that are connected with a connecting portion over strip conductor (4, 5). The conductors are brought together in the connecting portion. Strip conductor strain portions (4b, 5b) form strip conductor branch portions (4a, 5a) that form strip conductor branches (7), where one of the fastening regions is arranged along one of the branches. The branch portions are arranged at angle to the strain portions and/or to strain regions (6).
