The device has two brackets including a branch fastening with a clip of an aircraft, and another branch provided with a slot. A stirrup-shaped clip (1) comprises a base (2) and fixed and movable arms (4, 6) with free end provided with a securing lug (17) that is inserted into the slot of one of the brackets. A flange (19) is placed at the free end of the arms to form a stop countering displacement of the securing lug when the flange is inserted into the slot. Each arm comprises a system support for accommodating two cables or small-section systems.
