PURPOSE: An apparatus for eliminating solid materials is provided to improve the separating efficiency of fluid and solid materials by eliminating the solid materials from the fluid based on a vortex part in a double pipe. CONSTITUTION: An outer pipe part(10) passes fluid containing solid materials. A vortex part(20) is installed in the outer pipe part and forms vortex to separate fluid and solid materials. An inner pipe part(30) is installed in the outer pipe part and the downstream of the vortex part and drains the fluid without the solid materials. A solid material discharging part(40) is installed at the downstream of the vortex part and discharges the separated solid materials.
