PURPOSE: A packaging body for preventing the adherence of contaminants on contents, and a manufacturing method of an optical element are provided to secure a narrow state of contents inside the packaging body. CONSTITUTION: A packaging body includes plural trays(10) with plural storage units formed with a flexible material. The trays are laminated after storing pre-forms(50) on the storage units for storing the pre-forms in a narrow state. The trays pinch the external periphery of the pre-forms without contacting the top and the bottom of the pre-forms.
