摘要 PURPOSE: A controlling system for reducing gear shifting shock of a manual gear and a method for controlling thereof are provided to alleviate transmission shock by preventing the torque reduction during transmission. CONSTITUTION: A controlling system for reducing gear shifting shock of a manual gear comprises a clutch shift sensing part(110), a gear level sensor(120), a speed sensor(130), a revolution per minute calculator(140), and a shift rotation count controlling part(150). The clutch shift sensing part senses the manipulation of the clutch pedal. If the gear level sensor senses the manipulation of the clutch pedal, senses the current gear shift of the engine. The speed sensor senses the current car speed when the sensing signal is outputted from the gear level sensor. The revolution per minute calculator uses the sensing signal of the speed sensor and gear level sensor. The speed change rotation number of the engine is controlled by the shift rotation count controlling part using the revolution per minute calculated by the revolution per minute calculator.
