PURPOSE: Semi-processed seasoned squid, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to instantly cook and eat the seasoned squid. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of semi-processed seasoned squid comprises the following steps: removing foreign materials from fresh squid, and washing with water; mixing 83.5wt% of washed squid, 9.35wt% of sugar, 2.68wt% of D-sorbitol, 1.25wt% of red pepper powder, 0.81wt% of edible salt, 0.62wt% of glycerin, 0.52wt% of sodium L-glutamate, 0.31wt% of broiled ribs flavor seasoning, 0.31wt% of red pepper, 0.25wt% of enzyme treated stevia, 0.07wt% of citric acid, and other ingredients; drying the seasoned squid before storing at the low temperature and aging; firstly roasting the aged squid at 200 deg C for 5 seconds; packaging the squid, and inspecting the packaged squid with a metal detector; and freeze-storing the squid.
