PURPOSE: A haptic feedback actuator, haptic feedback apparatus and electronic apparatus thereof are provided to minimize driving loss by minimizing the sensing area of an actuator. CONSTITUTION: A vibration plate transmits vibration by being installed at the one side of a haptic apparatus. An actuator includes a complex layer(55) and a piezoelectric(56) by being installed in the haptic apparatus. The complex layer includes a driving electrode(53) which supplies driving power corresponding to sensing power and a sensing electrode(51) which supplies the sensing power based on the contact pressure of the haptic apparatus. The piezoelectric generates vibration according to the driving power by coupling with the one side of the complex layer. The piezoelectric is located between the sensing electrode and a ground electrode layer(57).
