<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check system smoothing circulation management of a steel material and facilitating prevention of flowing out and mixing-in of a different material. <P>SOLUTION: The check device is constituted by a device in which a reading device (2) of a discrimination label is also provided on a portable X-ray analysis device (1), a computer (3) input with data, a converter (4) for feeding output to the computer and an electric scoreboard (5) for indicating a result determined by the computer. At shipping, the discrimination label previously displayed with data such as a dissolution number is stuck on a steel material becoming an object, and a ladle value corresponding to the dissolution number and a determination reference value of identity are input to the computer. An alloy composition of the steel material is measured by a portable X-ray analysis device, the discrimination label is read, the obtained analysis value and the dissolution number are fed to the computer, the identity is determined utilizing the determination reference value, and the result is displayed on the electric scoreboard at a shipping field with required instruction. In the case of storage, a specification value is inputted to the computer and identity of the analysis value and the specification value is determined utilizing the determination reference value of identity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
