The invention relates to a film for the lamination of graphic media, comprising an extruded plastic film core or substrate (1) which is coated with a liquid based dispersion of aliphatic polyurethane (2) having a milky white appearance, which dispersion can contain other chemical products such as other plastic resins (binders), hardening agents (crosslinkers) and/or adhesives (primers) in order to obtain the desired degree of hardness, adhesion and soft touch.
