<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and method of the same are provided to increase photoelectric conversion efficiency by forming a photoelectric conversion layer in a first part having high electronic mobility. CONSTITUTION: In a solar cell and method of the same, a lower plate comprises a first part(100) and a second part(102) which are laminated successively. A semiconductor electrode layer(130) including an electrode dot(110) is formed on the first part of a lower plate. A dye layer(120) is absorbed in the surface of the electrode dot. An upper plate(140) comprises an incident side and a reflection side opposite to the incident side. A conductive layer(152) and a catalyst layer(154) are formed in the reflection successively.</p> |
