PURPOSE: A manganese-aluminum magnetic powder and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to efficiently maximize the properties of magnet by crushing manganese-aluminum magnetic powder under 800nm ~ 1μm. CONSTITUTION: A manganese-aluminum magnetic powder comprises next steps. The manganese and aluminum alloy molten metal are put into the use of an instrument in which a nozzle is formed and pressurized in a nozzle direction(S1,S2,S3). Alloy is cooled by water or gas when the manganese and aluminum alloy are exhausted through the nozzle(S4). The alloy powder is heat-treated(S5). The alloy powder is shattered into pieces(S6). The alloy powder is pulverized by ball milling. A surfactant is injected in the ball milling and is ball-milled.
