PURPOSE: A device, for banding a pipe, and a product thereof are provided to enable a user to bend a pipe without the creases in the inside of a bent pipe by filling the hollow part of the pipe with water pressure. CONSTITUTION: A device, for banding a pipe, comprises a supporting unit(110), a first sealing unit(120), second sealing unit(130), a water pressure supply hose(140), a water pressure supply source(150), a pipe pressurization punch(160) and a cylinder(170). Both sides of the supporting unit are separately installed in both sides of the pipe. The first sealing unit is combined with inner diameter of the pipe which is supported with the supporting member. The first sealing unit closes one end of the pipe and includes the hose connecting in backend. The second sealing unit is combined in the other end inside diameter of the pipe supported in the supporting unit. The water pressure supply source supplies the water pressure to the inside of the pipe through the hose for the water pressure supply.
