PURPOSE: An ionic water system is provided to minimize the generating amount of acidic ionized water by increasing the supplying amount of purified water to an alkali ion electrolyzing chamber compared to the supplying amount of the purified water to an acid ion electrolyzing chamber. CONSTITUTION: A water purifying filter(110) purifies raw water into ordinary purified water. A cooler(120) cools the ordinary purified water to a pre-set temperature. A by-pass pipe(130) by-passes the ordinary purified water through the cooler. An electrolyzing bath(140) ionizes the cooled purified water or ordinary purified water to alkali ionized water and acid ionized water. A cool/purified water passing chamber(144) separates the cooled purified water or the ordinary purified water from the electrolyzing chamber in order to be discharged. A flow controlling valve(150) and a power supplying part(160) are further prepared.
