PURPOSE: An underwater sound measuring device with a multi-wave absorbing unit to remove organic noise from waves on the sea surface is provided to reduce low frequency noise and instant excessive negative pressure due to waves on the sea surface when measuring an underwater sound signals in a buoy way. CONSTITUTION: An underwater sound measuring device(100) with a multi-wave absorbing unit to remove organic noise from waves on the sea surface comprises a cylindrical buoy(110), a sound detecting unit(140), and a control unit(150). The cylindrical buoy is located on the water surface in a cylindrical shaped. The sound detecting unit measures signals on a target. The control unit is located on the lower end of the sound detecting unit. The control unit controls the vertical movement of the sound detecting unit. The underwater sound measuring device comprises an elastic member(120).
