PURPOSE: System and method for preventing the malfunction on controlling engine noise are provided to remove a need for additional parts to realize a system since it is possible to realize if CAN communication with a vehicle is possible in a module to control engine noise in a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: System for preventing the malfunction on controlling engine noise comprises a noise information collecting unit, a control unit, a signal output unit, and an environment information collecting unit(16). The noise information collecting unit collects the noise information about a noise source. The control unit is connected to the noise information collecting unit. The control unit analyzes the noise signal in the noise information. The control unit generates noise removing signals with amplitude and inverse-phase corresponding to the noise signal analyzed. The signal output unit is connected to the control unit. |
