<p>PURPOSE: A tube combining tool is provided to prevent the insertion of a misaligned collet by accurately arranging a collet through a castellation portion. CONSTITUTION: A tube combining tool comprises a body(1), an O-ring(3) and a collet(5). The body has a lateral recess extended from the inner wall to outside. The collet has a ring(6) and a collet leg(7). Fingers are deflected inward and transfer the collect closely to the body. A tube support unit(10) has a ring(12) and a key. Castellation portions(13,14) are extended from a tube supporting ring to a base. When the collet is inserted into the body, the castellation portion arrays the collet about the body.</p> |
