REFERENCE PICTURE LIST CHANGING METHOD OF MULTI-VIEW VIDEO

PURPOSE: A method for changing the reference picture list of a multipoint image is provided to effectively code a multipoint image signal. CONSTITUTION: A decoding picture buffer unit stores reference pictures(S1210). A reference picture list initializing unit generates a reference picture list if a slice type is P slice or SP slice(S1220,S1230). If the slice type is B slice, the reference picture list initializing unit generates the reference picture list and the reference picture list(S1240). The reference picture list modifying unit modifies the reference picture list(S1250).
