FUEL-CELL OF FIXING A CELL WITH SEALING MATERIAL AND THE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A unit cells-fixed fuel cell using a sealing material is provided to firmly fix the metal plate and the cell and to prevent the leakage of supplying fuel by air-tightening a gap between a metal plate and the cell. CONSTITUTION: A unit cells-fixed fuel cell includes unit cells(30) with fuel electrodes, a metal plate(10), and a sealing material(40). The metal plate includes a receiving part(16), a loading part(15), and a groove(14). The receiving part receives the unit cells. The loading part forms the bottom of the receiving part, and the unit cells are loaded on the loading part. The groove is arranged between sidewalls and the loading part. The sealing material is arranged between the unit cells and the metal plate to fix the unit cells to the metal plate. A gap(18) is arranged between the metal plate and sidewalls. The sealing material is filled in the groove through the gap.
