PURPOSE: A method for producing multi-layered thermoplastic urethane film without using a release sheet or a release film and a thermoplastic urethane film using the same are provided to produce the film by enduring the tension generated through an instrument without a release sheet or a release film. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing multi-layered thermoplastic urethane film without using a release sheet or a release film comprises the following steps. The surface roughness of a cooling roller and a touch roller is controlled. When the thermoplastic polyurethane resin and hotmelt are extruded between the touch roller and first cooling quenching roller interval, an uneven shape is formed in the surface of the hotmelt. The thermoplastic polyurethane resin is extruded from T-dies. The touch roller compresses and cools the hotmelt. |
