METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SPEAKER AND AN ASSEMBLING ZIG USED IN THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a speaker and an assembling jig therefor are provided to simplify a manufacturing process using a dust cap integrated cone paper. CONSTITUTION: A magnet and a plate are attached in a yoke(S10). An assembly jig is inserted into a combining hole on the bottom of a frame(S20). A voice coil is inserted into the outer circumference of the assembly jig to connect the bottom of the voice coil to the assembly jig(S30) A damper is attached between the outer circumference of the voice coil and the inner side of the frame(S40). An edge is attached to the inner side of the upper end of the frame(S50). A cone paper is attached to the inner end of the edge and the upper circumference of the voice coil(S60). The yoke with the magnet and the plate is combined with the combining hole of the frame(S70). An adhesive is dried(S80).
