PURPOSE: An emergency ring tone recognizing luminous brallie sidewalk block and an escape route guide method using the same are provided to inform an emergency situation and to automatically guide an emergency route by emitting lights after sensing a warning tone. CONSTITUTION: An emergency ring tone recognizing luminous brallie sidewalk block comprises a lighting-emitting unit(110), a protrusion, a sensor(130), a memory unit(140), a controller(150), and a power supply unit(160). The lighting-emitting unit is composed of LEDs(111). The protrusion, made of a transparent material, provides a brallie pattern on the upper side of the brallie sidewalk block and passes the light of the lighting-emitting unit to outside. The sensor senses ambient sounds. The memory unit stores specific sound wave information about an emergency ring tone. The controller determines the matching between sound wave information about ambient sound and the specific sound wave information and generates a lighting signal in case of matching in order to turn the lighting-emitting unit on. The power supply unit is connected to an external power supply. |
