PURPOSE: A powder setting apparatus for filling powder cosmetics is provided to flatten the top surface of powder filled in a container and minimize the weight differences of powder in the container. CONSTITUTION: A powder setting apparatus for filling powder cosmetics comprises a setting member(70), a setting member linear transfer unit(400), and a setting member rotating unit(600). The setting member makes the top surface of a cosmetic powder container in which cosmetic powder is filled. The setting member linear transfer unit transfers the setting member back and forth, and the setting member linear transfer unit comprises a screw shaft(40) which is rotated by the torque of a linear transfer motor, a ball nut(41) which is coupled to the screw shaft and moved back or forth, and a transfer guide(44) which is coupled to the ball nut and moved back or forth. The setting member is coupled to the leading end of the transfer guide. The setting member rotating unit rotates the setting member in a specific direction.
