PURPOSE: A broadcasting channel transmission apparatus in a broad band wireless connection system and method thereof are provided to solve the confusion of transmission offset determination which is provided through a broadcast channel. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(506) determines each transmission period of plural system information sub packets transmitted by two or more super-frames. The control unit determines each transmission offset from the transmission period using defined regulations about the transmission offset and period. A modem(504) transmits each sub packet according to the transmission offset and period.
