METHOD OF COMMUNICATION FOR MOBILE TERMINAL, PICO BASE STATION AND MACRO BASE STATION IN HETEROGENEOUS NETWORK

PURPOSE: A macro base station in a layer cell, small base station, and communication method of a terminal are provided to prevent unnecessary handover by enabling a target terminal to receive services from a small cell. CONSTITUTION: In case a target terminal performs handover from a macro cell to a small cell a macro base station receives information related to one or more factors from the small cell(410). The macro base station determines vice values using the information related to the factors in the small cell(420). The target terminal receives the vice value in order to determine the handover of the small cell based on the vice value(440).
