COMPRESSION BANDAGE CONSISTING OF NANOFIBER WEB AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A compression bandage consisting of nanofiber web is provided to have excellent skin adhesion and elasticity with nanofiber web. CONSTITUTION: A compression bandage comprises thermoplastic polyurethane nanofiber aggregates having the filament size of 50μm or less. The nanofiber aggregates are cross-linked and forming porous non-woven fabric. The elongation of the nanofiber aggregates is 500% or more, the elastic restoring force is 300% or more, the diameter is 100-5000nm. The porosity size of the non-woven fabric is 2-10μm, the thickness is 0.1-5mm, the elongation is 500%-700%, and the elastic restoring force is 300%-500%.
