PURPOSE: A medicine vending machine system and method thereof are provided to effectively offer medicines according to patient information by executing medicine sales about the medicine. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(103) inputs patient information. A processor(105) selects prescription information from a medicine category stored in a database(111) considering of the patient information. The processor controls an output unit in order to output the medicine corresponding to the selected prescription information. The vital sign measurer of the interface inputs vital sign as patient information.
