DIRECT DRAIN TYPE WATER TREATMENT AND STORAGE FACILITIES FOR GROUNDS, STRORAGE BLOCK, AND DRAIN BLOCK

PURPOSE: A water storing facility, water storing block and water discharging block used for the water storing facility are provided to rapidly discharge water in times of rain and easily control the level of water stored. CONSTITUTION: A water storing facility(100) comprises a underground space(110), a soil permeating preventing unit(120), water storing blocks(130), water discharging blocks(140), a media plate(150), a gravel layer(160), and a soil cover layer(170). The underground space is formed under the flat ground by given depth. The soil permeating preventing unit is installed on the bottom and sides of the underground space to prevent soil from permeating. The water storing blocks are installed on the entire floor and in one side of the underground space surrounded by a soil blocking unit.
