PURPOSE: A display panel and display apparatus including the same are provided to improve the external appearance of a display apparatus by minimizing the thickness of the display apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A lower substrate(112) includes a display area and a non-display area. Plural data pad units include plural data pad connected to plural data lines. An upper substrate(116) is attached with the other section of the lower substrate without including the data pad units. A ground wiring(114) is formed at the non-display area of the lower substrate where the data pad unit is formed. |
