PURPOSE: A protector for protecting a vehicle fuel tank is provided to endure the impact and has a good modability and a low thermal conductivity by forming the double structure of a protector for protecting a fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A protector for protecting a vehicle fuel tank comprises a fuel tank(100), a first protector(200) and a second protector(300). The first protector is installed in order to cover the bottom central surface of the fuel tank in which the heat is focused. The first protector secludes the heat added to the fuel tank bottom surface. The bottom of the second protector is folded in the bottom of the first protector and dually covers the central of the fuel tank bottom surface. In the central both ends of the second protector, a blade portion for covering the front surface of the fuel tank in which the impact is focused is included.
