PURPOSE: A multi-functional eco-type electricity saving oven and a method of heating using the same are provided to lead to energy saving since energy consumption is displayed to be able to be checked with naked eyes in real time so that a user can recognize electricity consumption. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional eco-type electricity saving oven(100) comprises a body, a first power control unit, an input unit(130), a control unit(140), and one of a temperature sensing unit(163), a vibration sensing unit(164), a sound sensing unit(165), and a current sensing unit(166). The control unit comprises a drying box, a heat conduction line, an agitating unit(150), and a second power control unit. The control unit controls the second power control unit based on driving information. The agitating unit comprises a first gear, a housing, a rotating plate, and a planetary shaft.
