PURPOSE: A building board using sand and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to mix an additive to sand in order to manufacture construction materials by recycling the sand. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a building board using sand includes the following: A sand composition is prepared by including 100 parts by weight of sand, 0.5 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide, and 10 parts by weight of water(10). An additive composition is prepared by including 55 weight% of feldspar, 12 weight% of silicon dioxide, 20 weight% of spodumene, 8 weight% of limestone, and 5 weight% of kaolin(20). The sand composition and the additive composition are mixed(30). The mixed composition is pressed, and the pressed board is dried(40, 50). The dried board is plasticized(60). |
