PURPOSE: A stone cleaning composition is provided to enable users to simply clean the stained surface of a building formed with granite, marble, or concrete without influencing the corrosion of iron, aluminum, or copper. CONSTITUTION: A stone cleaning composition contains the following: phosphoric acid-containing compound formed with compounds selected from oxalic acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, or phosphate; strong acid; a negative ionic surfactant; and water. The composition contains 0.02-0.3wt% of strong acid, and 90-99wt% of water. The strong acid is formed with more than one compound selected from the group consisting of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, bromine hydracids, iodine hydracids, and perchloric acid.
