PURPOSE: A portable terminal holder for a motor bicycle is provided to control an angle according to a view point of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A terminal protection cover(3) covers a holder body and includes a plurality of transparent windows(20). A cut part of the terminal protection cover is opened or closed by a fastener. A bolt on the rear of the holder body is fixed by a butterfly nut(8'). A cylindrical pipe(10) of a screw rod is locked by a spring washer and the butterfly nut. A depressed end and a screw part(16) are formed on the lower side of a curved support(12). A screw is fitted into a cylindrical pipe(17).
