PURPOSE: An RF integrated circuit for a development is provided to have physical layer circuit of 0MHz width and an interface frequency by integrating the physical layer circuit and an MAC circuit independently. CONSTITUTION: In an RF integrated circuit for a development a demodulation circuit(11) drops a wireless spectrum signal to an arbitrary frequency. The modulation circuit(12) increases the signal of the arbitrary frequency to the wireless frequency and outputs it to an antenna. A switching circuit(13) converts the antenna into one of the demodulation circuit and the modulation circuit. An RF integrated circuit(1) is integrated with being independently.
