PURPOSE: A paddle device for a finisher driving device is provided to reduce an impact noise due to contact between a paddle and paper. CONSTITUTION: A rotary body(101) is fitted to a paddle driving shaft. A paddle(102) is extended from the rotary body to the outside. The paddle includes an arc-shaped outer surface in contact with paper. The paddle arranges paper. The paddle includes a pair of bars(102a,102b) and a contact unit(102c). A pair of rods are separated around the rotary body with a preset space. The contact connects the pair of rods to form the arc-shaped outer surface.
