PURPOSE: Multi-use powdered sauce, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to easily and simply obtain uniform taste of noodles. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of multi-use powdered sauce comprises the following steps: stirring and heating a first mixture of beef flavor soup stock, monosodium L-glutamate, white sugar, and refined salt at 50-70 deg C(S1,S2); mixing the first mixture with sun-dried red pepper powder to obtain a second mixture, and heating the second mixture at 50-70 deg C(S3,S4); cooling the second mixture after adding starch and stirring(S5,S6); and seal-storing the final mixture, and aging the mixture at room temperature(S7).
