PURPOSE: An ophthalmological analyzing method and an analyzing system are provided to define the structure and material properties of a cornea, thereby extracting objective ocular pressure of an eye by correcting ocular pressure. CONSTITUTION: An operation device deforms the cornea(10) of an eye(11) in a non contact method. The operation device applies an air puff to the eye to deform the cornea. A monitoring system monitors deformation of the cornea to record monitored content. Partial images of the cornea are generated according to a deformed state or a non deformed state. An analyzing device extracts ocular pressure from the partial images. The analyzing device extracts the material properties of the cornea from the partial images. The material properties of the cornea are independent from the ocular pressure. The analyzing device extracts rigidity of the cornea as material properties. The analyzing device extracts the ocular pressure in consideration of the material properties of the cornea.
