PURPOSE: A double stopper for a pump container is provided to enable users to store the pump container in an upside down position when the content inside the container is the small amount. CONSTITUTION: A double stopper for a pump container comprises the following: an inner stopper(130) for opening and closing an inlet of the container; and a pumping unit(110) including a housing(120) detachably installed on the inner stopper for pumping contents from the container and discharging to the outside. The upper side of the inner stopper has a flat shape for users to store the pump container in an upside down position.
