INCOMBUSTIBLE ACRYLIC PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An incombustible acrylic panel is provided to give incombustible to acryl panel by including tris-chloroethyl phosphate with fire-resistant. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an incombustible acrylic panel comprises: a step(S10) of manufacturing mixed solution by mixing 65-75wt% acrylic resin and 25-35wt% tris-chloroethyl phosphate((ClCH2CH2O)3PO); a step(S20) of forming acrylic panel by hardening the mixed solution putted in glass mold in the bath of 40-60°C for 5-40 hours; a step(S30) of hardening the surface strength by steam treating in the steam of 90-100°C for 30-60 minutes; a step(S40) of slow cooling the acryl panel and the glass mold; a step of separating the acryl panel and the glass mold.
