PURPOSE: A wind turbine and a shaft for a wind turbine are provided to improve the manufacture of a shaft, thereby saving materials and increasing flexibility of the shaft. CONSTITUTION: A wind turbine(10) comprises a wind turbine main frame(14), a generator, a rotor hub(22) which is installed in a support shaft(18) of the main frame, and a drive shaft(30) which is connected to the rotor hub to be extended from the rotor hub. The drive shaft is an anisotropic shaft in order to limit bending moment transmitted between the rotor hub and the generator. |
