PURPOSE: A tooth separation system is provided to create an independent three-dimensional model by separating each tooth from the tooth adjacent to the alveolar bone. CONSTITUTION: A tooth separation system comprises: an oral cavity model initialization part(110) which generates a three-dimensional model of the alveolar bone and a tooth; a crownwork center partition part(120) which decides the location and direction of a discrete tooth; a crownwork upper end partition part(130); a tooth root center initialization part(170); a tooth root mid-lower end partition part(140); a crownwork tooth root boundary division part(150); a crownwork center partition part; a crownwork upper end partition part; and a controller(160).
