The device has arms (4, 6) carried by an annular base (2) and extending from the annular base toward outer side and carry supports of a system. The annular base defines a truncated surface and a branch extending from an end of another branch corresponding to largest circumference of the truncated surface, where an obtuse angle is formed between the two branches.
